BEST WESTERN PLUS BURNABY RESERVATION POLICY

  • Check-In time is anytime after 4:00 PM. Early check-in requests will be accommodated when possible.
  • Check-Out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests will be accommodated when possible.
  • Guests aged 15 and under, at time of travel, are considered to be children. Children stay free in the same room as a paying adult when using existing bedding. Exceptions apply for some special group rates and packages.
  • Please advise exact number of adults and children when making your reservations.

PAYMENT POLICIES

  • A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. The Hotel will authorize the credit card on the day of arrival (except for specially discounted prepaid reservations). If we are unable to secure authorization on the credit card, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
  • The valid credit card must be presented at check-in.
  • Upon departure, you may pay by credit card, cash, travelers' cheques, or Best Western Travel card.

RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICIES

  • Please record the cancellation number you will be given for your own records. No adjustments will be made without a cancellation number.
  • Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the day of arrival unless specified otherwise on your confirmation notice, such as for prepaid or special group rates.

ROLLAWAY BEDS AND CRIBS

  • Rollaway beds, subject to availability, may be obtained for a nominal fee
